Compliance with Laws
Innovative Service Provider, LLC and all persons provided by Innovative Service Provider, LLC shall comply with the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Occupational Safety and Health Act, the Americans With Disabilities Act, and all other Federal, State, and Local laws, ordinances, regulations and codes, including identification and procurement of required permits, certificates, approvals and inspections, in performance under this agreement.
Training
Innovative Service Provider, LLC will always try to take new personnel with at least six months experience.
