Our employees
are required To:
- Pass an 8 panel drug test administered in our office
- Pass a national background check that include MVR, criminal screening, employment history, verification, education and training verification.
- Understand that Innovative Service Providers LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and assigns temporary personnel based on skill level and qualifications.
- Complete an application which details their work experience and educational background followed by an in-depth interview by one of our trained office professionals to determine job performance, dependability, attitude and specific work capabilities.
- Sign a written consent for pre-employment drug testing as well as random drug testing.
- Sign and comply with Rules and Regulations agreement.
- Complete in house orientation.
